Custom House is a premier rental property in the Lowertown area of St. Paul, MN. The historic art deco building that once housed the main post office in the Twin Cities for 79 years was fully restored and now features luxury apartments with exclusive and contemporary amenities.
To assist potential and current tenants in becoming familiar with the neighborhood, a custom walking tour was created to highlight the vibrant and growing area. I was approached by Alison Brueggemann, the designer developing the new visual identity for Custom House, and was asked to illustrate the map for the tour. I first sketched the area and afterward applied color and textures digitally. I designed additional materials for the walking tour and the Custom House grand opening, which included flags, signage, and invitations.
